Pierre Horsfall CBE was born and educated in Jersey before joining the Bristol Aircraft Company. After qualifying as a Production Engineer, he worked on the Concorde project. He was a States member for 27 years serving as President of most major committees. He was International Treasurer of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association, chairman of Jersey Finance Ltd, is a trustee of numerous charitable trusts, and chairman of Jersey Opera House Ltd.
